I live in rural Western North Carolina, in a small 1940’s farmhouse on 2 acres. I screw around with herbs, houseplants and wildflowers. Adicus, and his herd of four sassy house cats rule my universe.
After nine and a half years of marriage, I’m in the process of divorcing. Which means that I will be thirty and single soon. I went from Donna Reed (snort!) to Carrie Bradshaw in three short weeks. Now my true loves in life are coffee, vodka, and dark chocolate.
Other than in the romance department, I’m still alive and kickin’. My life is full of incredible friends and wonderful but crazy family. I work as an accountant for a huge corporate conglomerate, and I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance at what can only be described as a snail’s pace.
